Description:
Highly Specialist Early Years Lead Children’s Occupational Therapis t
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Early Years OT to join our well established and innovative Children’s OT service that combines the traditional roles of both health and social services Children’s OT.
We are based in a modern purpose built Children’s Development Centre (CDC) promoting MDT working and shared working spaces.
Interview Date TBC
You will be leading the Early Years OT service by reviewing current evidence based practice, upskilling staff members and reviewing existing pathways.
The service provides OT input to children with a wide range of disabilities working across a range of settings including; in their homes, nurseries, schools and respite placements within Croydon.
Along with clinical work the post holder will also supervise more junior members of the team and OT students on placements and assist with and lead on service developments. Regular supervision and support will be provided
