Are you an experienced, proactive, and dynamic physiotherapist with a passion for paediatric care? We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and develop our Paediatric Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy service. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our expanding paediatric physiotherapy team.
As a Highly Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our young patients across a variety of acute clinical settings, including MSK, respiratory, orthopaedic, and neonatal. You will manage a caseload of complex paediatric patients in diverse environments such as clinics, wards, HDU, and assessment units.
In this senior position, you will be expected to provide clinical leadership, participate in service development, conduct clinical audits, and offer peer support to the team. Your forward-thinking approach and commitment to excellence will be key in enhancing our services and improving patient outcomes.

As a Highly Specialist Physiotherapist within the Paediatric Therapy Team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of our clinical services and nurturing the growth of our dedicated staff. Your expertise in paediatric musculoskeletal and orthopaedics will enable you to assess and treat complex cases, making informed clinical decisions that directly impact the well-being of our young patients.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in guiding and developing the clinical team, ensuring they receive the training and support needed to excel. You’ll also drive service improvements, spearhead clinical audits, and contribute to research initiatives, all aimed at delivering the highest standard of evidence-based care. Your commitment will be crucial in achieving key quality performance indicators, ensuring our service remains at the forefront of paediatric healthcare.
