We have an exciting opportunity for a Hive Commercial Manager – Growth Lead who will be accountable for the performance and delivery of profitable Hive product sales across internal channels and delivering through newly developed platforms. The role holder will have an excellent opportunity to build on their vital commercial skills to deliver sustainable improvements in financial results, as well as data analytics to deliver great customer experiences.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Inquisitive with experience in propositions and commercial with a desire for keeping our customers at the centre of all proposals
- Creative and problem-solving skills to overcome barriers with solutions to deliver against agreed outcomes
- Relentless focus on delivering market-leading commercial performance and strategic growth for Hive and the Centrica Group
- Strong analytical ability to interpret customer insights and develop relevant, tailored propositions
- A passion to deliver sustainable growth across the Net Zero sector
- Overall Centrica understanding and commercial awareness would be beneficial
- Experience of driving effective performance of internal or field teams would be advantageous, although not essential

Responsibilities:
- Implement a relentless focus on our internal channels to maximise the collaboration and Centrica cross-selling opportunities to our c.10m British Gas customers
- Design, develop and deliver internal propositions and sales plans for areas such as service & repair, heating installs, energy, contact centres, Bord Gais etc
- Develop a strategy that will enable maximum collaboration & curiosity across business units to create customer benefit and retention for Centrica
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitor strategies and customer behaviour in products & propositions, applying insights into the deployment of channel strategy
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive the necessary interventions to deliver and exceed against key planned objectives
- Accountability and ownership of channel sales, forecasts and performance
