Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated individual passionate about healthcare and technology to join Revere Health as an Interface Analyst. The ideal candidate thrives on using their expertise in interface management to drive meaningful advancements in healthcare technology. They will play a pivotal role in developing, testing, and implementing crucial interfaces that facilitate seamless data integration and uphold data integrity across our health information systems. This role demands strong collaboration skills to work closely with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring successful project delivery and continuous improvement in healthcare integration solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational Background:

  • BS degree in Computer Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in interface maintenance and support.
  • 4+ years of experience in interface development and support preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HL7 and FHIR standards, with hands-on experience in interface engines (Qvera QIE knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Javascript, Java, SQL, and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows, revenue systems, TCP/IP, APIs and programming languages.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Hours: 9-5pm, Night/weekend hours on occasion needed for major upgrades, implementation of changes and supporting off-hours technical suppor

Responsibilities:

  • Interface Development & Support: Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot HL7, FHIR, HTTP, JSON, SFTP interfaces between health information systems (HIS) and other applications.
  • Monitor interface performance and error logs, taking proactive measures for improvement and issue resolution.
  • Support clinical interface systems by performing data mapping and translations, ensuring system integrity and standardization
