QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in travel consultancy, focusing on holiday packages and global visa applications.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, visa procedures, and travel-related products.
• Proven expertise in handling global visa applications, including Schengen, USA, and Canada.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in booking systems, travel software, and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Passion for travel and enthusiasm for helping clients create unforgettable experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (preferred).

• Holiday Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their holiday preferences, including destinations, accommodations, activities, and budgets.
• Customized Packages: Design and recommend personalized holiday itineraries and packages, ensuring unique and memorable travel experiences.
• Global Visa Assistance: Provide expert advice on visa applications for destinations like USA, Canada, Schengen countries, and others, including document review and submission.
• Research and Recommendations: Suggest travel destinations, attractions, and activities tailored to client needs.
• Bookings Coordination: Manage and confirm arrangements for flights, accommodations, tours, and activities accurately and efficiently.
• Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service throughout the holiday planning process, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to post-travel follow-up.
• Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their holiday or visa application process.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on travel trends, destination updates, visa regulations, and competitor offerings to provide the best options to clients.
• Sales and Targets: Achieve sales targets by closing deals effectively and maximizing commission opportunities.
