Position Title: Holiday Home Sales Cleaner
Location: Sunbeach Holiday Park, Llwyngwril
Contract Type: Zero-hour contract
Weekly Hours: Up to 16 hours (depending on demand)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Cleaning holiday homes that are being sold
• Pack down vans and get them ready if new vans into stock with inventory kits etc.
• Ensuring homes are clean, well-maintained, and presentable for prospective buyers.
• Duties may include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathroom sanitization, making beds, and other tasks to ensure the property is in top condition.
• The position might require flexibility as cleaning schedules could vary based on sales and booking schedules.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• Previous cleaning experience is likely preferred, especially in hospitality or holiday home settings.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and to a high standard.
• Flexibility to work hours that may vary depending on bookings.
  Expected hours: 1 – 16 per week
