Position Details:

Compensation: $17/Hour

Responsibilities:
AS A WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE AT DULUTH TRADING COMPANY, YOU MAY PERFORM A VARIETY OF TASKS:
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise for online customer orders
- Accurately move product throughout the facility
- Replenish primary warehouse bin locations as needed to meet customer service levels
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive work environment
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful candidates do not require previous distribution/warehouse experience to qualify
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Walk or stand for your entire work shift
- Lift 30 lbs. on average, 40 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally
- Frequently reach, twist, and bend in multiple directions, including continuous arm, hand, and wrist movements
- Push/pull a cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds
- Fluctuating warehouse noise level and temperature
