Job description
We are looking for an organised and committed individual with a professional approach, to join us as a Home Administrator at our dual registered Care Home, Eastridge Manor, in Bolney near Haywards Heath.
Hours: 40 hrs p/w
As a Home Administrator you will support the Home Manager in all aspects of home administration.

Responsibilities:

You will be providing administrative support to the home so that our team can focus on providing high quality care to our residents and ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions within the home.
The administrator duties include email and postal correspondence, handling telephone enquiries, admission and occupancy records, monitoring of resident accounts and financial management tasks.

You will also be responsible for administration of rotas for the home and monitoring of the time and attendance system and the accurate and timely processing of payroll and HR information (including new starters, changes, leavers, sickness and other absence) so that employees are paid correctly.

  • This role is varied and fast paced and the ideal candidate will have experience of working in an administration role in a busy environment and be used to multi-tasking and prioritisation.
  • Have strong communication skills both oral and written, along with excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with residents, visitors to the home and staff.
  • It would be beneficial to have experience of working in accounts, payroll and creating rota’s
  • Confident approach in using Microsoft Office and in house packages
