We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Home Care Assistant to join our amazing team here at Aceso Home Care in the Nantwich area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We offer person centred care packages tailored to suit each individual taking into account what their preferences and needs are, such as:

• Cleaning calls.
• Shopping calls.
• Catheter care
• Hoisting
• PEG feeding
• Turners/Molifts and Medication Administration
