Job Title: Home Care Assistant
Job Overview:
Independent Care Link Ltd is seeking a dedicated Home Assistant to join our compassionate team. As a Home Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Duties:
- Assist individuals with personal care tasks according to their care plans
- Support individuals with domestic responsibilities and daily living activities
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Drive to and from appointments or outings as needed
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for service users
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of individuals under your care
Experience:
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with service users and team members
- Knowledge of care plans and procedures for providing personalised care
- Experience working in a care home setting is a plus
