Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations in the Lincoln Metropolitan area.
- Generating recurring non-medical home-care referrals through strategic partnerships, networking, and outreach.
- Meeting key performance indicators while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Working closely with the League of Human Dignity, Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging, and the Area Agency on Aging to support clients on Medicaid Waiver services.
- Hosting educational events and presentations to educate the public and referral provides about AmanaCare’s services.
