Comfort Keepers is a dedicated and compassionate home care provider committed to delivering high-quality care to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Home Care Operations and HR Manager.
The Role:
As the Home Care Operations and HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in scheduling our clients while also supporting our caregiving staff. This unique position combines the responsibilities of scheduling and coordinating care services with overseeing human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain efficient caregiver schedules to meet client needs.
- Coordinate schedule changes and handle emergencies with ease.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new caregivers and staff.
- Manage employee records, benefits, and compliance with HR policies.
- Foster a positive work environment and support employee relations.
- Monitor and optimize scheduling and HR processes.
