The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of home insurance products and be capable of providing expert advice to clients on coverage options, policy details, and risk management. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs and offer customized home insurance solutions that meet their unique requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Home Insurance Agent or in a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of home insurance products, including property, liability, and contents coverage.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to explain complex insurance information clearly and effectively to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging client situations with professionalism.
• Proficiency in using insurance software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Review and assess clients’ current home insurance policies to recommend upgrades or changes to ensure optimal coverage.
• Prepare and deliver competitive home insurance quotes, explaining policy details and terms clearly to clients.

• Conduct risk assessments for clients, offering advice on how to minimize potential risks to their property.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues related to home insurance policies and claims.
