Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Home Quality Assurance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Youi continues to uphold its promise of excellence in home repairs and customer service. Working closely with our internal teams and service providers, you will conduct on-site audit inspections on mid and completed repairs, ensuring they meet our high standards.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Collaborating with the home claim and assessing teams to achieve quality repair resolutions.
- Providing feedback to internal departments to ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Reviewing and validating the performance of our network of Home Service providers, focusing on cost, quality, and customer service.
- Assisting in the improvement of our Quality Assurance platform and Builders Self Assess processes.
- Supporting claims advisors, assessors, and builder’s teams with tasks and contentious claims.
- Building strong relationships with our service providers and resolving disputes through technical advice and customer-focused solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A background in Home Claims Management, Home Assessing, or a trade background with a thorough understanding of repair requirements.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare engaging reports and presentations.
- Knowledge of the building industry and familiarity with claims/building terminology and processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- A current and unrestricted driver’s licence.
- Hybrid working condition from home and/or in office.
- Working in a collaborative team environment
