The Region Home Manager role is responsible for regional oversight of Home programs. Specific Home Program oversight includes business growth, clinical, operations, and Creating a Special Place. Region Home Manager will accomplish business growth by building relationships and executing on a strategic plan. Operational responsibilities are inclusive of financial management and compliance and risk management. Clinical responsibilities are inclusive of engagement with physicians and staff to ensure positive clinical outcomes. The position oversees ongoing training and education of teammates and physicians, and partners with in center teams to provide modality education to DaVita patients. The individual works in collaboration with facility administrators (FAs), fellow Region Home Managers, RNs, and physicians to ensure positive clinical outcomes. Region Home Manager will Create a Special Place by focusing on teammate development and management, and engagement and retention efforts. The position will work in conjunction with the Region Operations Director (ROD), Division Home Director, and region leadership to directly or indirectly supervise and manage front line teammates.

The ideal candidate has:
1. Strong leadership disposition (demonstrated ability to lead large & complex teams and elevate the performance of peers through collaboration, coaching, and best practice sharing)
2. Strong operational experience (P&L ownership, manager of people & process, experience transforming a system / company / unit and / or rolling out a priority initiative)
3. Strategic acumen (with the ability to manage external relationships well and think about the future of the business through a strategic – not just operational – lens)
Requirements:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related area strongly preferred
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience.
- Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at discretion of ROD and/or Divisional Vice President
- Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position)
- Collaboration is a much to be successful in this role. You will be working with clinical and financial teams on a daily basis to produce results that align to business needs.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
