Job Overview: Are you a seasoned sales professional in turf, HVAC, roofing, or windows sales? Looking for an opportunity with a pioneering organization? As a Home Solutions Design Specialist (HIS Licensed), you’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients realize their dream outdoor spaces or upgrading their homes with energy-efficient solutions, all while earning substantial rewards for your expertise.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HIS Licensed (highly preferred).
  • Experience in artificial turf or landscaping is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and punctuality.
  • At least 1 year of outside sales experience, preferably in Home Services.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a full calendar.
  • Access to reliable transportation.

    Compensation: Competitive commission structures with earning potential ranging from $100,000 to $250,000+ per year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design Expertise: Provide tailored landscape solutions and expert advice for HVAC, roofing, or window installations.
  • Product Sales: Promote our premium, eco-friendly products, showcasing their value to customers.
  • Creative Visualization: Help clients visualize their ideal landscapes or home upgrades using your creative skills.

DUTIES:

  • Attend scheduled appointments and participate in weekly team meetings.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Provide accurate on-site quotes and assist with installations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Design personalized landscapes and ensure contracts are handled efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work from home or the office.
