This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 09:00 hrs till 18:00 hrs. The vacancy in question works through hybrid work.

• You will monitor and analyze business performance, KPIs and initiatives, supporting month end close
• Also, you will be responsible for RES Tender Cases Financials
• You will supports Homecare Management on business development and business improvement / cost reduction plans; actively seeks out cost reduction / working capital opportunities / and new projects business plans
• Further you will provide cost center planning, management reports and deviations analysis
• You will ensures compliance with Finance and accounting regulatory framework (local GAAP, US GAAP, Linde PLC (accounting policy)
• You will be the contact for Internal and external audits (e.g. Financial / Tax audits) within the countries and supports the management in ad-hoc data requirements or projects
• Further you will advises and consulting and support of the management in the financial due diligence on acquisitions, portfolio analysis and new investments/divestments
• You will be responsible for other management reports such as P&L per customer and margin per therapy reports
• You will actively participate in the digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company’s evolution towards digital transformation
