We design, create, and maintain unique biophilia enhancements for clients in high-end office and hospitality spaces. Established for over 40 years, we care for planting in some of the most exciting offices in the UK.
Due to company growth, we require additional field service technicians to maintain live plants in our clients offices’. At Exubia we take pride in our exceptional service levels, and work hard to build long-lasting, strong relationships with our customers. Our Horticultural Care Team are the ‘face’ of the business, and as one of them your part in ‘delivering perfect service’ will be key to our success.
Plant displays to be cared for vary from small to large potted plants and trees, built-in planted beds, hanging plants and living walls. Approximately 80% of the plants are in indoor locations, with the remainder located on roof terraces or around building entrances. Maintenance requirements include watering, feeding, pruning, general cleaning and titivation, and plant replacement. Good plant care maintains the full ‘biophilic impact’ of each plant display - and minimises the overhead costs of replacement plants.
As a care technician the larger proportion of your time will be spent working individually, but maintenance of some of our larger sites and new display installations do require teams of 2+.

MUST HAVE ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS

• Good attitude and work ethic – we are looking for personable, positive, friendly, and hard-working staff. Self-motivated when working alone – or collaborative and ‘enthusiastic when working as part of a team
• A good communicator, always able to represent Exubia in a professional manner, and of good deportment
• Energetic and physically fit – it is a ‘hands on’ and active role, and will require some lifting/moving of plant displays and other items
• Happy to start the working day early
• Enjoy travelling around different locations within Central London
• Innovative and solutions minded when faced with a practical challenge
• Interest in plants and horticulture is an advantage
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
