HORTICULTURE TECHNICIAN

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Technical Diploma in Plant Science or Horticulture (Bachelor’s Degree of Science is preferred)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or agricultural practice considered an asset
• Must be able to work 12-hour rotational shifts (7am-7pm) including weekends
• Prioritizes the Health & Safety of oneself and others
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Positive work attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
