    Position Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospital Customer Services Representative to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients reaching out electronically, responsible for handling inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a smooth and efficient communication process. This role requires a blend of customer service skills and technical proficiency to manage electronic communications effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of EPIC or other Hospital Information System (HIM)
  • Experience with EPIC My Chart a plus
  • Proven experience in hospital or physician customer service, preferably 2years.
  • Strong proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.
    HOURS: 9:00am-6:00pm ES
