As the largest private hospital in the South Metropolitan area, Slade Pharmacy Murdoch provides a rewarding and supportive environment where you can thrive.
This permanent part-time role offers flexibility and the chance to truly grow in your career, working 40 hours per fortnight, from Tuesday to Friday, 3:00pm to 8:00pm.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products to patients
  • Coordinate medication requirements for inpatient stays, day infusions, and discharge
  • Conduct medication chart reviews to ensure patient safety
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service
  • Educate and support patients, carers, and hospital staff on health promotion, disease prevention, and proper medication use
