Hospital Security Officer

We are currently recruiting for Security Officers to work in a Hospital located in Maidstone, Kent.
Working alongside the hospital’s existing security team, the security officer will react to any disturbances that may occur and patrol the higher risk areas. Due to the nature of the role, it is important that the officers are well versed in conflict management and have the ability to diffuse a situation in the correct manner.
The ideal candidates will be proactive and level-headed, ensuring they are representing themselves, the client and the company in a polite and professional manner at all times. Due to the customer facing nature of the role, the candidate should be comfortable working with members of the public and have a good grasp of the English language is essential.
The right candidates must hold a current SIA Licence in door supervision or front line security, be able to provide an up to date CV featuring their 5 year work history. First Aid training is advantageous. Full screening will be undertaken after the initial application phase.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: £12.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

Experience:

• security: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• SIA (required)
