Description:

Introduction to Role:
Join us as a Hospital Services & Finance Assistant, where you’ll be responsible for carrying out support activities within the Supply function, including Tenders to Public Hospitals. You’ll work with limited supervision, adhering to compliance and safety standards, and resolve routine issues related to warehousing, supply, and delivery of materials. You’ll also manage Purchase orders related to non-commercial orders as part of our finance team.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you’ll manage public contracts and report to INFARMED. You’ll supervise Purchase Orders related to non-commercial areas and manage day-to-day contact with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll follow up on issues and complaints from customers, support operational tasks, and establish collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll also identify areas for improvement in processes and systems and create/update working instructions/standard operational procedures for the area.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Recognized qualification at university degree level is a plus
  • Teamwork ability
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing (eliminatory factor)
  • Sharp internal customer focus
  • Extreme organization and efficiency in workload planning
  • Ability to deliver consistently to timescales

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Public Contracts Knowledge is a plus
  • Computer proficiency (EXCEL) is a plus
