Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement effective sales strategies, promotional activities, and continuously improve selling capabilities to establish a market leading product
  • Review customer engagement metrics to optimise communication channels ensuring regular engagement with target customers through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, and participation in industry events.
  • Collaborate with influential opinion leaders (KOLs) aligned with our product portfolio strategy to Cultivate sustainable business relationships based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Maximize sales call quality by utilising approved sales support materials, clinical papers, and other relevant resources. This involves presenting information effectively, tailoring it to customer needs, and staying informed about key competitor products and clinical developments.
  • Ensure that all sales calls align with the established Sanofi selling model. This includes following best practices, communication techniques, and strategies during customer interactions.
  • Meet administration, communication, reporting, and personal presentation standards. Maintain a high level of product, disease state, technical, and industry knowledge through ongoing study and training. Regularly maintain CRM data according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines. Comply with company SOPs, Medicines Australia Code of Conduct, and ACCC requirements whilst prioritising health, safety, and compliance in the workplace.
