POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated hospitality professionals. The ideal candidates will have experience in high-end event environments, possess excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in carrying three plates. This role involves working at a variety of corporate events, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in corporate hospitality or high-end event environments
- Ability to carry three plates with ease and confidence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
- Understanding of Allergens
- Basic knowledge of wine & wine service

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience
- Efficiently and professionally carry and serve three plates during events
- Set up and break down event spaces according to specifications
- Assist with food and beverage service, including pouring drinks and clearing tables
- Ensure all service areas are kept clean and tidy
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless event execution
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
