We are looking for an Certification Specialist to support our integration team.

Job Description

• Test and certify the 3rd party’s integration to and from Enterprise Platform
• Cooperate with Product, Development and Operations teams
• Work with the Customers and Vendors
• Create/QA, test scripts and maintain Integration documentation & SOP
• Ensure that all operation and deployment members are adequately trained

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year’s work experience with PMS and Integrations
• 3 years of hospitalty experience
• Knowledge of hospitality industry
• Familiar with reading, analyzing and handling various file formats XML, CSV, Json…
• General knowledge of IT, computer system communication, different communication protocol (file transfer, SOAP etc. )
• RestAPI knowledge is an advantage
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and people skills required
• Ability to quickly learn the company’s various IT solutions; and able to handle system installation
• Fluent in English
