We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Hospitality Manager to work at our Global Head office in Chertsey
As a Hospitality Manager, service will be your focus area ensuring you exceed client expectations. You will thrive on getting the best out of your team and maximising commercial opportunities, ensuring the delivery of the service is exceptional. You will be supporting with the hospitality and fine dining service requirements, our hospitality and meeting room bookings can vary from buffets to fine dining dinners, or canapé receptions.
This is a position where you will be responsible for providing great service to our clients across the unit, managing events and enjoy getting the best out of a team, whilst drawing satisfaction from managing, training, and supporting your team and the General Manager to deliver a first class service.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Update the records of the Hospitality team working hours
  • To manage and control staff levels, under the guidance of General Manager, while ensuring budgetary requirements are met.
  • To manage and maintain all Hospitality areas, ensuring the working environment for the Hospitality team is clean and meets Health and Safety legislation.
  • Assist General Manager where necessary.
  • Ensure that methods of food preparation, production, presentation and service comply with Restaurant Associate’s standards and procedures and meet the qualitative terms of the function/event
  • To ensure that all functions are managed in line with clients and company’s expectations.

You will ideally have a successful background in Food Service /Contract Catering/Hospitality/Retail Catering. With previous experience working in a fast-paced environment managing a team as well as supporting the catering, hospitality and events. You will have a flexible attitude towards hours and working tasks. You possess excellent management and communication skills
