Description:

BANQUET MANAGER

Royal Ashburn Golf Club is seeking a dynamic and organized Banquet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee banquet staff, both front and back of house, ensuring exceptional service delivery for our events. You will collaborate closely with our wedding managers to execute banquet event orders flawlessly, assist with dinner service, and maintain overall building organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in restaurant management is essential.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise banquet staff, ensuring efficient and professional service.
  • Assist wedding managers in executing banquet event orders (BEOs).
  • Coordinate dinner service, ensuring high standards of food and beverage presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas and facilities.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and supplies related to banquet operations.
