JOB SUMMARY

You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our hotel meets and exceeds the highest standards of service. You will manage staff, handle guest requests and complaints, and ensure smooth operations across all departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Proven experience in hotel management or a similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry. Experience in front desk operations, housekeeping, or food and beverage service is highly desirable
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Experience in training and developing staff.
  • Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and handling guest concerns effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Strong decision-making skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic financial acumen and understanding of operational processes.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, and motivate hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Operations Oversight: Monitor daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory. Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including reporting and record-keeping.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets and financial transactions. Monitor and control expenses to achieve financial targets.
