Description:

Are you experienced in Catering, with experience in front of house services and events? Are you looking for a new challenge? Would you like to join our Catering Team? We are looking for 2 Team Leader¿s to work as the face of our catering operation at our brand-new outlet Bertie and Bella¿s located on our main campus and 1 Team Leader to lead our hospitality and events team in the prestigious Victoria Gallery and Museum. You will be responsible for providing direct leadership to a team of Hospitality Assistants, serve and deliver food and beverages, to a wide range of customers, including grab and go, speciality coffees and hot food meals and snacks.
Working with hospitality assistants, you will carry out day to day work as specified by your supervisor or Manager you must have a flexible approach to working in all other areas of Commercial Services, you will also be expected to work evenings and weekends when required. You will become a competent user of the departmental procurement and finance systems such as Procure Wizard and Agresso Web, and the University’s EPOS system. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are all essential as you will work with the wider catering services team, to ensure the provision of an efficient service and ensure that excellent customer service standards are provided.
