QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant environment.
  • Proven experience in training and developing FOH team members.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and hospitality best practices.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
