· Answer the telephone and take reservations in a polite and efficient manner
· Manage online reservations to maximize the dining room and patio
· Greet guests in an enthusiastic manner
· Escort guests to their table and engage in polite conversation
· Sincerely thank guests upon their departure
· Knowledge of all table numbers and server section awareness
· Maintain an efficient restaurant through managing guest flow
· Assist in maintaining appearance of the dining room
· Maintain cleanliness of entrance way and washrooms by completing regular checks throughout the shift
· Complete all assigned opening and closing side duties
· Assist with picnic basket orders, gift card purchases and special requests
· Assist in dining room service where needed
· Comply with Alberta Health Services and Occupational Health Services mandates and company protocols as they relate to Health and Safety.
