• Welcome and seat guests
• Attend to tables
• Open and serve wine/champagne
• Provide excellent menu knowledge to guests
• Monitor bar for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of the bar area
• Check menus to ensure they are current, clean and plentiful
• Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports
