Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanour.
- Managing the guest waiting list and seating guests promptly.
- Communicating effectively with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth flow of guests.
- Assisting with any guest inquiries and providing information about the restaurant.
- Keeping the entrance area clean and organised.
- Adhere to all the company terms and conditions when taking booking
