Description:
YOU WILL:
- Manage bookings, either in person, over the phone, or online
- Provide wait times to customers who are not pre-booked
- Create an appropriate atmosphere for guests that’s in line with the restaurant or bar’s image or branding
- Provide a point of contact for customer feedback and help to resolve any customer issues
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the front of house area
- Assist with the opening and closing of the restaurant
- Learn the food and beverage menu
