We are excited to find our next Clinkee to join our team at Clink i Lár to Dublin!! We want to find candidates who get a buzz out of meeting new people from all over the world who have come to Dublin to discover our city and enjoy new and memorable experiences while staying with us based on your recommendations! As reception team host you are someone who can maintain a fun, energetic and enjoyable environment for all our guests and the wider team. This role would be perfect for someone who loves to travel, wants to make a difference to our guests and our team and ultimately to be your best self.

Responsibilities:
You will be one of the first points of contact when our guests come to stay so put yourself in our guests shoes, what type of interactions would you want, how can we make their stay better, be brave and be you. We want you to be fun and engaging, providing a great guest experience.
Reporting to the Hostel Management Team some of your responsibilities will be:
- Champion our values: Guest, In-tune; Dedication; Difference bring them to life, every day.
- You could be checking in a guest one minute, hosting self check-in, or showing off your latté art another, we promise that no two days will be the same with us!
- Promote the hostel and its daily activities, act as an information point, use your knowledge to make appropriate suggestions and achieve sales targets.
- Own the guest experience, seek out ways to exceed guest expectations and create positive memories
- If a guest has an issue, listen, and find a resolution that makes the guest happy and let your Manager know
- Be that person everyone wants to work with; have fun along the way but strive to complete all your shift tasks and limit what you hand over to the next shift
