Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our security team as Evening/Night Security Team Members. In this essential role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our hostel and guests, while also providing exceptional customer service and support. This is not just a typical security role - we want individuals who are personable, proactive, and dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests to the hostel and maintaining a safe and secure door entrance .
- Directing guests to various facilities and outlets within the hostel.
- Observing social spaces and conducting regular patrols to ensure security and safety.
- Ensuring compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations.
- Assisting colleagues with conflict resolution and difficult situations.
- Ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience during their stay.
Who are you? We are looking for someone has a friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to work independently and responsibly during their shift. The ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays. You will need to have a valid DSP or Dual license in place for this role
