Description:
We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. We are looking for a full-time second shift (3-11 pm) individual to join our fun and hospitable environment.
We need someone who is flexible as you may be asked to work other shifts. Your duties will also include laundry, cleaning, etc. as well as we have an airport shuttle that we would like our front desk representatives to be able to drive, although it is not a deal breaker if you cannot.
Pay is based on experience and your customer service. As this is a full-time position, benefits will be included after a trial period.

- Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready
- Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information
- Handle customer complaints as necessary
- Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
- Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information
Qualifications:
- Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
- Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
- Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
- 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred
