Responsibilities:
ESSENTIALS: 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR SENIOR ROLE
LOCATION: COUNTY CORKSalary & Package: based on experience
Reports to: Group Managing Director
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute the hotel’s annual business plan aligned with group strategy.
- Communicate strategic direction, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing Managers to achieve sales targets.
- Forecast business levels with the Financial Accountant and manage costs.
- Control departmental expenses and improve productivity.
- Align team goals with business objectives and ensure staff development.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts, collaborating with the Sales & Marketing Director.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and address guest feedback.
- Conduct regular Health & Safety audits.
- Evaluate management performance and implement development plans.
