A day in the life of…

  • You’ll be the newest custodian and face of this amazing, historic hotel. Ever present when it comes to meeting guests, providing a face at the property, with one eye constantly on operational excellence.
  • We’re looking for you to lead from the front and develop a great team across all departments to achieve exceptional performance across the key indicators of profit, people and RGI.
  • Your role will be to deliver strategic direction in a boutique hotel environment within a highly competitive market.
  • You will be an ambassador for the guest journey, ensuring brand values and service behaviours are delivered consistently in a professional and friendly environment.
  • Overall, your ability to create a culture of team engagement and service excellence will be key to this role along with your commercial acumen to support business growth.

What do we need from you?

  • You’ll be the hotels focal point and custodian, leading your team from the front whilst demonstrating your extensive experience when it comes to setting the standard in Food and Beverage
  • You’ll be an inspirational people leader, with a high level of personal resilience to drive change, evidence of engaging hearts and minds and delivering a compelling vision for a business.
  • With the scope of the role, team and property in mind, It is essential that you have experience operating as a GM within a large scale and unbranded/boutique hotel environment
  • As a business who acknowledges that people are at the heart of our operation, you’ll be able to demonstrate a proven ability to nurture and develop talent at all levels.
