WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

We are looking for a Handyman/Painter Decorator with a friendly and outgoing personality, with superb communication skills as you will be dealing with hotel guests and other staff members. As a Handyman/Painter Decorator you are expected to:

• Basic plumbing skills (fit a toilet, plumb a sink, repair leaks).
• Basic electrical skills (change light fittings etc).
• General carpentry skills (build and skin a stud wall, hang and fit a door).
• Painting and decorating to a high standard is mandatory.
• Carrying out PPM in all the areas of the hotel.
• Good record keeping and organisational skills.
• A broad range of hand and power tools.
• An ability to organise your own workload and work on your own initiative.
