Description:
HOTEL MAINTENANCE MANAGER - €42K - GALWAY
We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Manager for our client based in a busy hotel in Galway. The ideal candidate will be coming from a Maintenance Background and will have experience in hotels or large sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance team and department
- Manage maintenance costs within budget
- Provide strong leadership to the team by guiding the team and overseeing urgent repairs.
- Plan and respond to scheduled and unforeseen work, ensuring the engineering team has the necessary skills to meet requirements.
- Effectively utilise internal and external resources to handle on-site situations
- Develop proactive maintenance strategies to enhance overall reliability of the plant, personnel, and production processes.
- Encourage initiatives that support the motivation, training, development, and deployment of maintenance employees.
- Drive and achieve the key business objectives and performance targets set by the company for the Maintenance Department.
