JOB SUMMARY

The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or related roles.

· Proficiency in hotel management software systems.

o Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

o Ensure compliance with all local laws, health regulations, and safety standards.
o Implement emergency procedures and conduct regular safety drills.
o Maintain appropriate licenses and certifications required for hotel operations.
