Bush Hotel in Carrick on Shannon is currently looking to hire experienced Hotel Operations Manager to manager together with GM, 3 Cluster Locations at Carrick on Shannon. This is a great opportunity for Experience Duty Managers to step up and develop their career in Hospitality Industry.
Management of the cluster locations will involve direct and indirect supervision of staff at the properties together with different departments within the cluster.
The duties of the post will require the post holder to be able to act on their own initiative, within broad procedural guidelines, and without direct supervision.
The successful candidate will need to ensure effective administration systems, communication mechanisms and procedures are in place to support the work of the practice and to ensure the delivery of a high-quality administration service provided daily to our Hotel guests and or government contracts at the locations. you will also be responsible to prepare weekly and monthly reports and submit to Hotel General Manager.
