Description:
GUEST SERVICES
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, room options, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in hospitality is a plus).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Protel, or similar) is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
