Description:

GUEST SERVICES

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, room options, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in hospitality is a plus).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Protel, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
