JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

SKILLS

  • Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is an advantage, particularly within a hotel environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using office equipment and software applications relevant to the role.
