We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

SKILLS
- Proficiency in hotel systems highly desirable.
- Strong clerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately for data entry purposes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong administrative capabilities.

- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Utilise software applications for various administrative tasks.
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as required.
