We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in hotel systems highly desirable.
  • Strong clerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately for data entry purposes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong administrative capabilities.

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls using excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Utilise software applications for various administrative tasks.
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks as required.
