Responsibilities:
- Provide a great guest experience by enabling a smooth arrival and departure experience including rooming and delivering luggage.
- Becoming a brand ambassador, embodying the ethos and culture values.
- Be a local connoisseur, recommending local amenities, restaurants and events going on in buzzing East London.
- Ensuring that all guests have the appropriate credit facilities established.
- Handling all payment transactions and billing
- Assisting guests during their stay and handling guest needs
- Maximising revenue opportunities through up selling
- Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services, and facilities.
