Position: Hotel Receptionist
Location: Hotel Mountain Heritage and Falls Mountain Retreat
Type: Minimum 20 hours Part-Time or 38 hours a week, Full-time
Pay: in accordance with Level 2 HIGA Award: $24.98/hour plus 11.5% superannuation + annual leave loading

As a Hotel Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. Your welcoming smile and helpful attitude will set the tone for their entire stay. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and friendly welcome
• Checking guests in and out with efficiency and professionalism
• Assisting guests with enquiries and providing local information
• Managing reservations and handling phone calls
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times
