REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: Previous customer service or receptionist experience, showcasing your commitment to creating guest experiences they won’t forget.
- Passionate Personality: Perfect for creating positive guest experiences and cherished memories.
- Team Catalyst: The ability to collaborate with the rest of the team, particularly the Front of House team to ensure their welcome into our hotel runs smoothly.
- Communication Champion: The ability to communicate well with our guests and listen if we get something wrong, and help fix the issue and re-establish the customer experience to be a good one.
- Grow our business: By managing reservations and the guest experience at point of booking so we get it right for our customers and their experience is what we promised at time of booking.
Responsibilities:
Receptionist – Giving a warm Welsh welcome to our guests:We’re seeking a receptionist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Anticipating our guests needs and making sure their stay with us is set up to create a memorable experience. We welcome ideas to constantly improve, driving the room revenue forward and working collaboratively with our Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and generating profit.
Guest Experience Guru: Continue to find ways to elevate the service we offer our guests so they will always remember how we made them feel and the memories of staying with us. Listen and anticipate their needs where possible by adding little touches they didn’t expect.
Help us deliver and grow our business: Support our room yield by showcasing our rooms and overnight stays, we are unique and we want our guests to experience our Welshness in stunning locations.
